I have no idea what I’m doing here. As steep as the learning curve might be, I’m excited for this blog. This is my blank canvas. This empty space, this lump of clay. This workshop with dust on hardware, with cans of paint dried shut, and if you were to open one, you would find a bit less than a quarter left. But, solid. colour. This bland staple, a cereal grown from earth - an unseasoned, tasteless, monotonous, insipid grain. This open page begging words and glimpses of life to be thrust upon it. It will be my creation space. Flights of wind to scatter the dust. New cans of paint. New salt. New light.
